Good news: I'm making some progress. I think I've completely understood the whole recursions thing. Pointers should be doable as well. Also: some very nice RL in sight for tomorrow evening.

Bad news: Progress is not quite (fast) enough. Damn those algorithms. Also: might be developing a cold. :/

ETA: I JUST SUCCEEDED IN WRITING AN ALGORITHM ALL BY MYSELF. And my solution even differs from the standard solution and it still works correctly. (Okay, it seems like it was one of the easier exercises, but who cares?!)

Pointers are doable. Definitely. *more cuddles* Especially if you remember that Windows is a whole mess of null pointer exceptions *giggles*.
