I think it's sad that this show doesn't get the appreciation it deserves. It's so epic and amazing, it should've gotten at least one more season. :(

And I liked your idea of Lucinda killing Jack, too! It really fits his story. But then, it would've been interesting to see whether Jack and David would've become the close friends the bible makes them out to be.
