I don't even know why I always come back to watching Glee. Every week it's like, I really shouldn't watch, it'll only upset me... but it can't be that bad, can it? And every week I end up regretting it.
The thing is, It think if this was a different show, this story could work. It would actually make sense seeing her giving this asshole a second chance, realizing that things haven't changed but still being scared that no-one else will ever love her (and god, did my heart break for her at that moment) and then finally leaving him, from a dramaturgical point of view. But these kinds of storylines need time and at least some attention, and with the kind of attention Glee usually gives her (and their continuity/character development in general), yeah, probably won't happen.
