The Dark Knight Rises

So I went to see The Dark Knight Rises yesterday. I didn't have much expectations for it, but it was a good movie. The first half was very slow and, imho, dragged quite a bit, but then it got better and the ending was really good with quite a few aha-experiences in it.

As usual, everyone BUT Batman was great. I can't really explain my irrational dislike for Batman/Bruce Wayne. Either it's Christian Bale, who I really don't like as an actor, or it's the neverending brooding and whining of his character. I'm sorry, I know Tony is a self-loathing man himself, but at least he's not shoving it up my face all the time. I'll take his quiet suffering over Batman's grumpiness anytime.

Catwoman was fun and omg, Alfred, stop being so precious and breaking my heart. D: My favourite character was John Blake, though, because he was just this good-hearted guy trying to do what's right and helping in the best ways he can. I already thought that he'd be Batman's successor, but then he turned out to be ROBIN and I was like: SUDDENLY, I'D WATCH ALL THE SEQUELS IN THE WORLD.

hab ja schon in meinem Eintrag geschrieben, dass ich da ein paar Sachen zu gelesen habe. Dass er wohl eher Batman ersetzen wird. Als Nightwing oder so. Aber mit DC kenne ich mich halt nicht so gut aus xD
Bane fand ich aber an sich auch einen tollen Charakter. Mit seiner Geschichte am Ende und asdfhjfghfg Tom Hardy x3

Stimmt, Bale habe ich auch noch nie in einer nicht ernsten Rolle gesehen (oh hey bei Velvet Goldmine hat er auch mitgespielt!)
Aber hey, er hat mal in einem Interview angefangen das Intro der Powerpuff girls zu singen xD Das war lustig ^^
