After the technician who was supposed to fix our internet on Saturday simply didn't show up, he showed up this evening and now I'm blissfully catching up with all internet related stuff. *relieved sigh*
Here, have the first bunch of things I've been wanting to post for over a week now (and prepare for more posts):

Tintentod/Inkdeath by Cornelia Funke (as if I even need to say more about how much I loved this one XD)

Reckless by Cornelia Funke

The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde (Thanks again to sweetestremedy for lending me her copy; I really enjoyed this and I'm curious for the next volume!)

Stadt der Diebe/City of Thieves by David Benioff (consider this a definite recommendation from me, because I really enjoyed this book and found it wonderful - even with a bit of slashy subtext, if one wants to see it ;))

Secret Wars by Jim Shooter (the review pretty much says it all *snerk* though you really have to consider the comic's age, too)


PS: I'm crushing badly on Tony Stark, Iron Man and all things Avengers lately. Be prepared for recs and gushing.
